Description
Unit in photos and video is the actual X-1000r unit you will receive.
Included is the empty 10.5” aluminum take up reel and TEAC TZ-612 OEM nab hub adaptors. No other items or accessories is included. If you need more tape, please send an inquiry. If in stock we can make additional tape available for sale, stock is limited.
The X-1000r being listed has been fully serviced, dismantled, cleaned, and tested.
The unit is in fantastic cosmetic and working condition.
The heads are in very good condition, all controls, motors, belts, are in good working order and have been either serviced or replaced as applicable.
The unit has been properly oiled per the TEAC service manual. Note, it is recommended to oil the unit every 1000 hours.
The unit is free from any damage or heavy wear. There are light marks, but nothing heavy. There are a couple of scuffs along the plastic vu meter covers.
This is an exceptional performing and sounding unit, with great looks. If you are in the market for a great performer that is well cared for and maintained, this is a great unit to consider.
