This SX-1980 for sale has been carefully gone through, has the absolute must have upgraded power supply board ($600 part) Amp boards were recapped. All other boards were fully serviced and cleaned to give you a wonderfully performing Flagship SX-1980.
 
When I purchased this unit 4 years ago it was missing the top and bottom covers. I ran with an idea to build one and do an acrylic cover in the back with aluminum trim. The bottom was cut out from metal and walnut feet were made to compliment the walnut top.
 
You may see Two of the switch covers are missing in the photos. I temporarily misplaced them, but rest assured they will be provided with the unit.
 
Overall, it is a very beautiful unit. It does have some light marks on the face, but is damage free and something to be truly appreciated as a centerpiece for any vintage audio lover.
 
The glass 1980 sign is also included.
