Thank you for your consideration and time reviewing these incredible Infinity CS-3009 Crescendo speakers. If you do not already know, these are the largest of the Crescendo series which was exclusive to Circuit City.
 
Not only are the CS-3009 incredible sounding but they are pretty hard to find. If you look around online, you will see them from time to time, but seldom and hardly ever with shipping, until now. Actually, this is the second pair of these I have offered this year and it is really hard to not keep at least one pair as mainstays. As mentioned, these are hard to find, reason being, these were typically only available as floor demo models and there was a waiting list to receive the 3009 after purchase so most customers opted for the 3008 or 3007, which I have also owned and are splendid as well, but these are most certainly next level if your looking for a little more bass and perhaps to fill a larger room. There are many owners that will tell you these ran with their Kappa 8 and some will say 9, although this is hearsay I would not doubt it.
 
They do like a good amount of power and will clip your amp if you do not have enough. If you need an amp or any other accessories, send a message. What you see listed, is just the tip of the iceberg and we would love to give a bundle deal if it helps you complete your setup.

Each speaker was just completely refoamed by BIGAZSPEAKERS, tested, ran, and most certainly enjoyed.
All components other than foam surrounds are original, without damage, and fully functional.
I put together a decent length demo video, but YouTube blocked one of the songs, luckily I let the demo roll in to another track, so if it seems a little choppy, it was just where I had to cut out the blocked song so I could re upload back to YouTube. I try to break out of my routine and play a new song and a couple hours and  good video, forever lost :)
 
Cosmetics:
Each speaker is in very nice condition, the wood is healthy free from damage.
There are a couple minor wear marks and a little chip in the wood along one of the leading edges, but barely detectable and well masked. I have made sure the photos will tell you the full story on what you are receiving and the beautiful speakers you are looking at are what you will receive.
The grill cloth was just replaced with black acoustic grade cloth and look fantastic. The original grill badges are intact in their correct position, bottom center.
 
 
Additional Details & Thoughts
There is a reason these speakers are not offered with shipping too often. They are big and expensive to ship.
You can be confident that your newly purchased speakers will be properly packaged with the upmost care and protection for safe transit. We use a heavy dense foam to fully encase each speaker in addition to protective wrap, several layers of cardboard and oh yes, many rolls of tape and other fun packing materiel's. In all about $60 of material for the pair and about 4 hours to package them both.
With that said, they will be able to withstand rough handling from the carrier, but given the sheer weight there is always some slight risk, but we have shipped a couple hundred speakers of similar size and to date only one lost to damage due to falling off of a plane or skyscraper (no clue, but complete and absolute abuse in transit). Because of this we do fully insure each speaker for the full price of the purchase, after all, what good is having 1 good speaker, in addition to the standard tracking and signature will be needed at checkout.
Hopefully my statement on the 1 damaged speaker to date does not scare you away. It is less than a 1% damage rate,  we really do care about our audio, our customers, and seeing to it that each piece of audio we restore and sell live on and warm the hearts and homes of others who are audio nerds like us finally having a chance to own something they've wanted forever.

It isn't free, but guaranteed safe delivery and we get to see you light up when first listening to them so for that, it wont cost much more than quoted shipping if not the same.
